Straight forward service. I have been dealing with Automotive Techniques for a few years now with multiple vehicles. They have done everything from a complete engine rebuild to minor services. The service and honesty have been excellent and the pricing fair with my vehicles returned when promised. No head games and no baloney. Honest independent mechanics can be hard to come by. I have no reservations servicing my vehicles here.

Bad experience. OK pricing. I took my car in to have the water pump changed on a tuesday afternoon. I was told it would be done possibly by thursday but definitely by friday. I called friday afternoon to see if it would be possible to pick up the car and was informed they hadn't started it yet and it wouldn't be ready until monday. So i waited until monday and called in the afternoon. It wasn't going to be ready that day. I finally got a call tuesday evening whilst at work that i could pick the car up wednesday morning. the bill was $369 but they had my car for over a week and was promised it done much sooner. I will probably find another place to take it to in the future. As a father of 4 who works full time and goes to college, a week without my car was very difficult.

STAY AWAY , AVOID, RUNNNNNNNN. I have been using this place for yrs. So I would think I could consider them as my mechanic. So when I found a car to buy and needed it looked at, I was told they didnt have time. I wasnt asking for repairs or anything. Just wanted it looked over. Thats what your mechanic does, especially after as much as we have used for servicing our other cars. Its not like the dealership is going to hold a car for our mechanics schedule. Very disappointed. They just had to much to do. Needless to say I will find someone else to be my mechanic. its people like me that keep them in business. They dont want my business, Im sure someone else will.
