Abbot's had excellent customer service during the whole process. I bought my dress from Abbot's for my destination wedding in Miami and Abbot's worked side by side with me to complete all my fittings at once. They also offered me storage at their store so I could store the dress until the wedding. I highly recommend them!

I LOVED MY DRESS! I got the Maggie Sottero - Jenna dress! My sales girl was perfect. She wasnt to pushy and she helped me the hole time. I went to other dress stores and the women didnt even help my mom did it all and it just wasnt a great feeling. I also got my dress altered there and they did a great job. I thought they would have a hard time because im super small but it turned out perfect.

I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you what a pleasure it was working with your staff in planning our daughter's wedding. It was a nice experience to come to your store. It did not matter how busy any one was, when we walked in the door, we were always immediately greeted on a first name basis and made to feel as though our concerns and questions were most important to your employees. Any problem was treated immediately in a most satisfactory manner.

The employees in your store are so courteous, kind and helpful. From the time Amy picked out her dress, through all the fittings, the attendants choosing and fitting their dresses, all our questions, your employees were always courteous, kind and helpful.
