Fablous food and great service at incredible prices!. Singles as well as families will love this Mexican Restaurant! Having never been here before, I was quite skeptical of what to expect! Needless to say, I was pleasantly suprised! The moment my family and I entered, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff member. My husband and I noticed that the bar was separate from the dining room which we thought was a big plus! Once we turned the corner into the dining room, we were awed! We felt like we were in a cafe in Mexico! The kids were fascinated with the fountain and I was suprised to see that they made their flour tortillas to order! Our server was very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the menu. The Children's Menu is wonderful. It offers everything from Tacos to Chicken Fingers and includes a beverage. My husband (who would rather have a steak than a taco) was blown away with the 12oz. Texas Rib Eye. It was cooked perfectly and melted in his mouth. I am a true fajita lover and I will say that Pablo's Fajita's are the best I have ever had. The chicken was moist, tender and not over grilled. The really tasty twist was the marinated grilled pablano peppers and onions. The rice was firm and seasoned well, the beans smooth, creamy and not dry and the homemade tortillas were fabulous! My kids loved the Homemade Chips, Salsa and Queso Cheese Dip! The server told us about their daily specials. They have All -u- Can Eat Fajita Monday's, All -u- Can Eat Taco Tuesdays, All -u -Can Eat Enchilida Thursdays and Fajita's specially priced on Wednesdays! The menu offers everything from Mexican Platters to Steaks, St Louis Style BBQ Ribs, Mesquite-Grilled Shrimp, Salads and Burgers. They also have daily lunch specials and offer special to go platters for parties or office events. The food and service were great, the prices were very affordable and we even got a visit from the General Manager who thanked us for stopping in and signed us up for a Frequent Visitor Club! Wether it be with the kids or date night for my husband and I, we will definately return and suggest Don Pablo's to all of our friends and family. We can't wait to stop in on date night and try a pitcher of margaritas!
