garbage. in my opinion, alliance ink is a terrible place to get tattooed. the artists have no art skills at all. i've seen so many bad tattoos come from the owner monty welsh. really a bunch of ass clowns. if you think alliance ink puts out clean , solid work, than you don't know anything about quality tattooing. it's those type of studios that make the industry look bad.
