Rude. When this place first opened more than ten years ago I was pleased to see a nice upscale spa in North Canton doing so well. I have used many of their services such as tanning, manicure and hair. The past two times I have been there I encountered very rude service. On one occasion I asked to speak to the owner and found her to be even more rude than her employees. Do not go here. There are plenty of places with comparable service and price that know how to treat their customers. And to the owner..........you are not all that.
