Great food & entertainment. I've been to a few hibatchi restaurants over the years, and Fuji has had some of the most entertaining chefs I've seen. The friendly fun atmosphere is only outshined by the quality of the food. Another thing I like is that you can choose to sit at a private table, away from the hibatchi grills, and have a more intimate dining experience.
